Experience with machinery design engineering since 2008
De & Co Hranice was founded in 2008 as a design office in the field of machine development and industrial automation. Due to the growing interest of our clients in the turnkey supply of machinery, we gradually refocused on providing complex design and manufacturing services in the period 2009 to 2010, especially on assembly and handling applications, but also for inspection or packaging of products.
At the turn of 2014/2015, we started our own machine production and metal working operation. We use precision machining tools and cutting-edge software. Our trained engineers, in close cooperation with the creative team of design engineers, perform precise work. Thus, customers appreciate not only short lead times, but also competitive prices for high-quality products.
Since 2017, we have our own electrical engineering department, providing us with in-house capacities in the area of electrical engineering and programming of PLC and robots. Having established this department, we achieved our intention to have the ability to offer our customers comprehensive services in the field independently of third parties.
Own technical facilities
Since the company’s establishment, we have been developing dynamically and expanding our portfolio of services, even at a time of global economic downturn. We constantly aim to be a stable partner for our customers and respond to new requirements with maximum flexibility. Our advantage lies in the fact that we are a small-sized dynamic company with its own in-house design engineering office, using PTC’s sophisticated CAD software CREO 5.0, which together with the CAM superstructure and PLM software Windchill create a stable connection with our own production workshop. We also have our own assembly capacities for both machinery or electrical. Our PLC and robot programmers only give the finishing touch to the services we provide.
Machinery construction from A to Z
At the present, our company specialises in the comprehensive supply of machinery and equipment. We are able to supply highly functional machinery to our customers, from initial design through prototype construction and testing to commissioning and subsequent warranty or post-warranty service. This includes delivery of the complete technical documentation of the machinery and its CE certification according to the requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
